The letter also mentions receiving many complaints about Jaʻfar Quli Mirza, the Lieutenant Governor of Tuysirkan, and a report of the connection between Jaʻfar Quli Mirza and the mob of Kirmanshahan and asks ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma to investigate the report as well as the telegram.
